I had an amazing stay in this city. The hotel is located in a serene location with fine views of the snow-capped mountains visible from the room windows. The staff was kind and accommodating, and they provided us with gumboots to explore the city during the snow. The room was cozy with wood paneling and had an electric blanket. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and the breakfast spread was excellent. The location is close to the historic fort and perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay.
Cannot find any fault. The hotel provided an overall great experience.

The location of this hotel is stunning. We were able to catch breathtaking sunrises and sunsets with the mountains as the perfect backdrop. The staff was warm, welcoming and helpful. They accommodated our requests and even packed breakfast for us on a day we went trekking. The food was delicious and we particularly enjoyed the Indian cuisine. the hotel offered a comfortable and pleasant stay.
The parking is a little inconvenient and the approach to the hotel can be tricky. We also noticed that the rooms had a few flies which was a little bothersome. Additionally, we wished they had coffee/tea available throughout the day instead of at specific times. Nevertheless, these minor issues did not deter us from enjoying our stay and the beauty of the location.

We enjoyed the beautiful snow-clad mountain views from the room, which added to the New Year charm. The staff was cordial and helpful, providing gumboots for exploring the nearby fort and setting up a telescope for us to enjoy the Kinner Kailash Darshan. The location was also ideal, situated close to the fort, which was visible from the property. We appreciated the warm and cozy rooms, equipped with electric blankets, perfect for the chilly weather.
The parking was quite challenging, with narrow and steep roads, making it difficult to maneuver. The cleanliness was subpar, with flies in the rooms and unclean bathrooms.
